    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed October 15, 1973 is inadequate in that it
    does not state whether a permit was received from the Sanitary
    Water Board for the installation of the sewers. Petitioner is
    to submit such information and a copy of such permit, if any,
    to the Board within 20 days from the date of this order, A
    waiver of the time period elapsing between the filing of the
    amended petition and the date of this order shall also be made~
    Failure to timely file requested in-formation shall make
    the petition liable to dismissal on the grounds of inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
