    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr.
    Dunielie):
    Petition filed October 11, 1973 is inadequate in that it does
    not state whether the property proposed to be connected to the
    sewer system is on a sewer with inadequate transport capacity.
    Petitioner shall filed an amendment to the petition within
    20 days from the date of this order detailing the information
    required. A waiver of the time period elapsing between the filing
    of the amended petition and the date of this order shall also be
    made.
    Failure to timely file requested information shall make
    the petition liable to dismissal on the grounds of inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
