    ORDER OF DISMISSAL (by Mr. Henss)
    Petitioner Hyon Waste Management Services, Inc. has filed
    Motion to Dismiss Appeal from Denial of Permits. Petitioner
    requests that such dismissal be without prejudice to the
    right of Hyon to separately appeal particular conditions of
    permits which were received by Hyon on November 28, 1973. The
    motion is allowed.
    It is ordered that the appeal from denial of permits be
    dismissed without prejudice.
