    City-Wide Services, Inc. filed a petition requesting
    variance from open burning regulations for the purpose of
    burning an abnormal amount of landscape waste resulting
    from a storm. Subsequently, Petitioner requested that the
    variance request be dismissed. The motion is granted.
    The variance petition is dismissed without prejudice.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board, hereby certify the above Order was adopted this 31st
    day of July, 1973 by a vote of 4 to 0
