ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle)

Motion of Commonwealth Edison Company for additional time

in which to comply with the Board’s Interim Order issued on

November 8, 1973 is hereby granted. The variance initially granted

in PCB 71-129 and extended by operation of law in PCB 72-295,

and extended until November 19, 1973 by Order of the Board issued

on October 11, 1973 is granted until December 7, 1973 in order

to allow the Board to have ample time in which to consider the

information provided by Edison while reaching a reasoned decision

as to whether to extend this variance. Edison has filed a Waiver

of its right to a decision of the Board by November 19, 1973 until

December 7, 1973.
