    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Motion of the Commonwealth Edison Company for Additional
    Time in Which to File Briefs and for an Interim Variance filed
    October 9, 1973 is granted.
    The variance initially granted in PCB 71-129 and extended
    by operation of law in PCB 72-295 is granted until November 19, 1973
    in order that briefs may be filed by October 19, 1973 and that
    the Board may have ample time in which to make a reasoned decision
    on the basis of a complete record.
    A condition of this order is that Edison waive its right
    to a decision by the Board until November 19, 1973.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
