    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle)
    The petition for variance filed with the Board on July 13, 1973
    is inadequate in that no regulation is listed from which variance
    is requested nor is any estimate of emissions given nor is any
    environmental impact described.
    Petitioner is referred to Rule 401 of the Boardts Procedural
    Rules for guidance. An
    amended
    petition shall be filed within
    21 days giving information required. A waiver of the 90-day decision
    period for the amount of time lapsed until filing shall also be made
    at the same time.
    Failure to do the above will make the petition liable to dis-
    missal for inadequacy.
