    Variance is granted from Rule
    203(f)
    of the Water Pollution
    Regulations to permit copper concentrations
    in excess of 0.02 mg/i
    because of dos ing with copper sulfate to control algae in the water
    supply reservoir subject to the following conditions:
    1.
    Treatments with copper sulfate are limited to one
    each for the months of July through and :i.ncluding
    October, 1973.
    2. Dosage shall not exceed 500 lbs. per treatment as
    copper sulfate.
    3. Copper concentrations at the raw water intake to
    the treatment plant shall never exceed 1.0 mg/i
    ~ms copper.
    4. Copper concentrations
    in the reservoir shall be
    measured before and after each treatment and the
    results reoorted to the Agency at monthly intervals.
