    Variance is granted from Rule 203(f) of the Water Pollution
    Regulations to permit the use of copper sulfate in the water supply
    reservoir to control algae subject to the following conditions.
    1. Treatments with copper sulfate shall be limited to
    one per month for the months of June through and in-
    cluding October, 1973.
    2. The dosage
    with
    copper sulfate shall not exceed 350 lbs. per
    treatment.
    3. Copper concentrations at the raw water intake to the water
    treatment plant shall not exceed 1.0 mg/l.
    4. Copper concentrations •in the reservoir shall be measured
    before and after each treatment and reported to the Agency
    on a monthly basis.
