    ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR THE FILING OF PETITION FOR REHEARING
    (by Mr. Henss):
    Marblehead Lime Company requests a 30 day extension until
    December 14, 1974 for the filing of a Petition for Rehearing.
    The Attorney General apparently has no objection to the extension
    of time and the request is adequately supported by affidavit.
    The Board notes that the date selected by Respondent is a
    Saturday and the office of the Board will not be open on that
    date for the filing of papers.
    It is the Order of the Pollution Control Board that the
    time for filing of Petition for Rehearing in this matter be
    extended to and including Monday, December 16, 1974.
