Motion to grant variance without hearing has been filed by

petitioner. The Agency has recommended an allowance, subject to

specified conditions to which the petitioner has stipulated agree-

ment. Hearing will be cancelled on the petition and the Board

will make a determination of the variance petition based on the

petition filed and the recommendation of the Environmental Protec-

tion Agency.
