    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Motion filed by Olin Corporation on August 31, 1973 for
    approval of Project Completion Schedule pursuant to further
    variance is denied. Leave is given to file an amended petition
    in a variance proceeding.
    If it is the desire of the petitioner that the same August 31, 1973
    filing date be utilized for the amended petition then a waiver shall
    be executed for the period between that date and the date of this
    order, relieving the Board of the necessity for a decision within
    the 90-day period.
