    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle)
    The letter petition of the Logan Consolidated Schools
    ask for relief “from compliance with your rules and regulations”.
    This does not tell the Board what specific relief is requested
    nor what present conditions exist nor what harm is being done
    to the environment.
    The petition is inadequate. Petitioner is ordered to amend its
    petition within 21 days or have it dismissed for inadequacy. The
    90-day period for variances shall run from the filing with the Board
    of an amended petition. The Agency’s Motion to Dismiss filed
    March 6, 1973 is denied as to dismissal and granted in the alterna-
    tive as to granting leave to amend by the petitioner.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
