    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss)
    Reliable Armature Service, Inc. has requested a delay in
    payment of the penalty which was imposed by our Order of
    July 19, 1973, pending review by the Illinois Supreme Court
    of this Board’s authority to impose monetary penalties. The
    Motion for Stay is granted. Paragraph 1 of our July 19, 1973
    Order which imposed monetary penalty, is stayed until the
    Supreme Court has entered a decision in City of Waukegan vs.
    Environmental Protection Agency #45984 on the docket of the
    Illinois Supreme Court.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
