OPINION
AND
ORDER OF THE BOARD (BY SAMUEL T. LAWTON, JR.):
Petition was filed by Elsa 3. Nliller requesting variance of
our Order in League of Women Voters v. North Shore Sanitary District,
##70—7, 12, 13 and 14, 1 PCB 369, to enable connection of her
property to facilities tributary to the Clavey Road sewage treat-
ment plant, based upon the inadequacy of her sePtic system.
We have granted variances under comparable conditions upon a
showing that the condition cannot he remedied by a reasonable ex-
penditure and a statement by the Lake County Health Department as
to the condition of the septic field. Petitioner shall obtain the
foregoing information and make submission to the Board within 15
days from the date hereof.
