INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin)

The Environmental Protection Agency~sMotion for Oral Argument before the

Board in this matter, filed March 31, 1975, is denied. Those matters for which

the Motion requested oral presentation shall be the subject of written briefs,

such briefs to be submitted to the Board on or before April 8, 1975. Should the

parties be unable to submit such briefs by April 8, 1975, the Board will defer

consideration of this matter until April 24, 1975, to allow further time for the

submission of such briefs. In the event the briefs ordered herein are not sub-

mitted by April 8, 1975, and Board consideration of the matter therefore deferred

until April 24, 1974, such briefs shall be submitted no later than April 18, 1975.
