that we direct the Environmental Protection Agency to

upon
the Agency as of that date.
The
Agency
is hereby ordered to comply with Paragraph
502(D) of the Illinois Pollution Control Board Procedural
Regulations by filing, within ten (10) days from the
date
of this
Order,
the entire Agency record of the subject permit
application.
