    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Seaman):
    On October 1, 1973, Petitioner, John Glusic,
    filed his Petition For Variance, seeking permission
    to connect his home to an existing sanitary sewer.
    On October 17, 1973, Petitioner filed with the
    Board a request to “retract” said Petition For Variance,
    since, as Petitioner states, the situation has been
    otherwise resolved.
    Petitioner’s request is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
