    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed September 28, 1973 with the Board is
    inadequate in that it does not state a Rule or Rules of the
    State from which variance is needed. The Board is not aware
    of authority to grant.a variance from the Federal Executive
    Order (11507) mentioned in the petition and petitioner should
    cite such authority if it exists.
    Petitioner is ordered to amend his petition within 20
    days to remedy the deficiencies cited.
