    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss)
    Complainant commenced an enforcement action against Hyon
    Waste Management Services, Inc., on September 27, 1973.
    Respondent filed a Motion to Strike the complaint and the
    Environmental Protection Agency has now filed a Motion for
    Leave to File an Amended Complaint. Both Motions are allowed.
    The defect of the first Complaint is that it contains im-
    precise allegations regarding the dates of the alleged
    violations.
    The Motion to Strike complaint is allowed. Complainant
    is allowed 30 days to file an Amended Complaint.
