    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss)
    The Environmental Protection Agency shall, at the earliest
    date possible, file with this Board a status report on the
    expansion or improvement of the facilities of the North Shore
    Sanitary District. The report should estimate the completion
    date for various stages of construction, the anticipated change
    in capacity of the various North Shore Sanitary District
    facilities upon completion of each stage of the construction,
    and the anticipated effect of each stage of construction in the
    treatment of wastes in the District.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
