and the Environmental Protection Agency, to submit the following

in order to allow the Board to make
a determination concerning this Petition for Variance;

The current status
of the December 12, 1973 contract offer
to the City of Breese by Illinois Power Company;
2,
An accounting
for the apparent discrepency 24,131 Btu per
kilowatt hour
figure on page 7 of the transcript and the
1.2 mill
per
kilowatt figure on page 67;
3. An explanation
of the impact of the Federal Energy Office
recommendation
that no existing power plant convert from
coal
to oil burning,
on
the Variance Petition.
