    Throughout the record in this matter one issue has developed that
    the Board would like further information
    on.
    The issue is, Play the
    Illinois Pollution Control Board grant a variance from a
    regulation
    that will not come into effect within one year of an order grantinq
    such variance?
    ORDER
    IT IS THE ORDER of the Pollution
    Control Board that the parties
    shall submit briefs directed to the above question within 30 days
    from the issuance of this Order.
