ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
    August 8, 1972
    VELSICOL CHEMICAL CORP.
    v.
    )
    #72—325
    ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Opinion & Order of the Board (by Mr. Currie):
Velsicol’s first petition seeking more time to comply with
unspecified water pollution requirements with respect to its
Clark County plant was dismissed for failure to give adequate
information as required by our procedural rules, #72-290
(July 18, 1972). Velsicol’s present petition contains specifics
as to the effluent discharged but still wholly fails to
inform us or the Agency as to what regulations it seeks relief
from or what may be the effect of the discharge on the receiving
stream. Once more the petition is dismissed for failure to allege
the relevant facts as required by the Rules, without prejudice.
I, Christan Moffett, Clerk of the Pollution Control Board,
certify that the Board adopted the above Opinion & Order
this 8th day of August, 1972, by a vote of 5-0.
