Today additional hearing

to allow the Board

hear
prefiled
testimony.
The hearings will
be
continued
day-to-day
or
until the
end of the day
on
February
18, 2009. The two
days
will be devoted
to continuation
of the testimony
prefiled
by
the Metropolitan
Water
Reclamation
District
of Greater Chicago
(District).
The following
District
witnesses
are scheduled
to appear
on February 17 and
18, 2009:

When
the
testimony
and questioning
on of the
District
are completed,
additional
hearing
dates
to hear
testimony
from industry
related
to the CAWS
will
be
scheduled.
At
this
time
the
District
has
nine
witnesses
left who have
prefiled
testimony
including
the
four
planned
for
these
hearings.
Those
additional
hearings will
begin with
prefiled
testimony
from
Corn
Products
and then
CITGO,
and then
proceed to
the prefiled
testimony
from
the
Environmental
Groups
concerning
CAWS
beginning
with
Victor
Crivello
and
Alan
Mammoser.
This
schedule was
previously
set
forth in the
August 27,
2008
hearing
officer order.
Participants
should
notify the
hearing
officer
by
email
or
in
writing
of
dates in
March,
April,
May, and
June that they
or their
witnesses
cannot attend.
Future
hearing
dates will
be decided,
taking
into
consideration
the
participants’
input.
All
filings
in this
proceeding
will
be
available
on the Board’s
web
page at
www.ipch.state.il.us
and participants
may
file electronically
on
the
Board’s
web
page.
The
prefiled
testimony
and
questions
must
be
served
on the persons
on the
service list,
except it is
not necessary
to serve
the hearing
