    Order of the Board on Motion to Dismiss (by Mr~Currie)
    The Agency asks us to dismiss this variance petition on the
    ground it does not contain sufficient factual allegations under
    our Procedural Rule 401(a). We think the better course, like-
    ly to save time in the long run, is to allow 20 days in which an
    amended petition may be filed so that lost time can be minimized
    in proceeding to hearing. Absent such an amendment the Board
    will pass upon the motion to dismiss.
