Opinion and Order of the Board (by Mr. Currie)

This formal citizen complaint alleged dense smoke and odors from a

plant in Lake

Bluff,

and we ordered a hearing. The complainant has since

written

that she cannot proceed with a hearing pursuant to Board rules

at this time and therefore requests that her complaint be treated as an

informal one. The request is hereby granted. The complaint will be re-

ferred to the Environmental Protection Agency and the formal proceeding

is dismissed.
