Petitioner, Downers Grove National Bank, Trustee under Trust

#71—6, is granted a variance from the sewer connection ban order of

the Environmental Protection Agency dated February 7, 1972, to enable

petitioner to install and ~operate sewers and discharge its waste into

the sewage treatment plant of Bolingbrook Service Company and the

Village of Bolingbrook, which said sewers shall service petitioner~s

five—building 475 living unit apartment complex located on land

legally described in Exhibit 1 of the petition, having a population

equivalent of 1130.

This

variation shall be subject to the

continuing enforcement

by

the Village of Bolingbrook of Resolution 156 which resolution

prohibits the issuance for any dwelling of a certificate of occupancy

unless adequate capacity is available at the Bolingbrook sewage treatment

plant to accommodate sewage from such unit.
