    This is an appeal by the North Shore Sanitary District from
    a determination made by the Environmental Protection Agency with
    respect to BOD and Suspended Solid requirements for the Clavey
    Road plant based upon our original order dated March 31, 1971 in
    Leacue of Women Voters, et al v~ North Shore Sanitary Djstrict,

    The Agency shall file its response to the petition within
    21 days from the date hereoth hearing shall be set on the petition
    I, Christan Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board,
    certify that the above Order was adopted by the Illinois Pollution
