ORDER OF MODIFICATION

On motion of respondent GRANITE CITY STEEL COMPANY,

opinion of the Board entered on May 3, 1972 is modified

as follows:

1. Page 6, paragraph 3, line 7, the

word “performance” is deleted and

the word

“operation” is substituted

in lieu thereof.

2. Page 6, paragraph 5, line 7, the

period after the word ‘Board” is

deleted and the following language

added after the word “Board” “if the

Environmental Protection Agency insti-

tutes a proceeding under the terms of

the Stipulation.
