HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties agree that respondent’s deadline for answering the
complaint is suspended pending settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 26, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
