I just read an estimate on the cost of cleaning up the Chicago River, somewhere between 13-27 bucks a year.

Give me a break! That is nothing! Think of how beautiful it would be, and how many people would vie for

property along that lovely urban, and clean, river. CLEAN THE RIVER NOW!!!
