HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 19, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is working on a compliance plan with the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency. Once the plan is approved, the parties will begin
settlement discussions. The parties agree that the deadline for respondent’s answer to the
complaint is stayed, and will be reinstated if it appears that a hearing is necessary.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
