    possibility
    of settlement. At the
    next status
    conference,
    an additional deadline
    waiver
    will be discussed.

    parties, are directed
    to participate
    in a telephone
    status conference
    with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on
    February
    3,
    2009. The status conference
    shall
    be
    initiated by the
    petitioner.
    The
    decision deadline for
    this case is May 21,
    2009.
