    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
    On March 24, 2008, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago
    (MWRDGC) filed a voluntary motion to withdraw its petition for appeal of a National Pollutant
    Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit determination (Mot.). MWRDGC states that, on
    March 21, 2008, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency issued a modification of the
    permit that is the subject of this appeal. Mot. at 1. MWRDGC further states that the
    modification “essentially moots the issues raised” by that appeal.

    . The Board grants
    MWRDGC’s motion to withdraw, dismisses this case, and closes this docket.
