HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On December 13, 2007, all parties appeared at a telephonic status conference with

the hearing officer. A hearing was scheduled in the above-captioned matter and the date

and time was noted in the notice of hearing.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic

pre-hearing conference on January 10, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. The conference must be

initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own

appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the

above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
