HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the
parties had hoped to file a proposed settlement agreement by now.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on March 17, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
