HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 20, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the
hearing officer
.
Counsel for respondent Felker Pharmacy, Inc.(Felker)
represented that the parties have initiated settlement discussions. By agreement, Felker’s
answer is now due on or before November 9, 2007. Counsel for respondent Rod Bennett
Construction, Inc. did not appear but the complainant represented that settlement
discussions are on-going.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 25, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
