    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On August 9, 2007, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until November 12, 2007,
    the time period for Dale’s Service (petitioner) to appeal a July 5, 2007 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    Adm. Code 101.300(b), 105.402, 105.406. In the determination, the Agency modified an
    amended site investigation budget for petitioner’s leaking underground storage tank site located
    at 410 West 10th Street, Metropolis, Massac County. Because petitioner failed to timely file an
    appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
