appear. The respondent represented that a site visit had been scheduled but complainant did not
appear. The telephonic status conference is continued to the date and time noted below. To that
end respondent's answer or other pleading is now due on or before October 17, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on October 2, 2008, at 11:30 am. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
