HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 8, 2008, the respondent informed the hearing officer that the parties
intend to discuss in the near future a one outstanding issue in the hope that this matter
will be resolved without the necessity of a hearing. The parties requested that this matter
be continued. To that end respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due on or before
January 2, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on December 9, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
