HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic pre-hearing conference
with the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
represented that it will not file a response to petitioner’s pre-filed testimony. The
petitioner represented that it anticipates that three witnesses will testify on its behalf, and
the Agency represented that no more than two witnesses will testify on its behalf.
