HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it was in receipt of the hearing officer
order of April 4, 2008, along with the attached questions from the Board’s technical
personnel. The petitioner represented that a meeting has been planned for April 8, 2008,
with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to discuss the questions pertaining to
the above-captioned adjusted standard petition.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 10, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
