HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 28, 2008, the petitioner’s filed a joint motion for extension of time to
file the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) recommendation, through
and including March 26, 2008. The joint motion is granted and the Agency’s motion is
now due to be filed on or before March 26, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 28, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
