HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector will contact respondent to discuss the work
that needs to be done. At the next status conference, respondent should be prepared to
estimate how long it will take him to clean the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:15 a.m. on July 16, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
