I,

Frank Smith, do own the property of 410 N. Cleveland St., Murphysboro IL, but

it was rented out to Zenobia Herb. I now reside in West Memphis AR and have so for the

last 10 years. I was not aware that the property was being used as an open waste dump

and I would not allow anything like that to go on.. I cannot control what is being dumped

on the property since I am not in the state of IL. Since I am the owner of the property I

will make sure that the premises is cleaned.
