I
DON'T BELIEVE
I
SHOULD BE FINED.
I AM
NOT
RUNNING A DUMP SITE. NOTHING HAS BEEN
BROUGHT ON TO THIS SITE THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO
MYSELF, MY HUSBAND
(S)
OR MY BOYS. WHAT IS
HERE IS MY FAMILIES PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND
NOT OTHER PEOPLES TRASH.
First there's my personal belongings from the split-up of my first
marriage, plus raising 3 boys alone.
From my second marriage, more was accumulated from my husband
buying up broken down cars, trucks and other broken/busted items.
He thought of himself as a great mechanic and planned on fixing
them to resell. As it turned out, he couldn't fix anything. After the
divorce I was stuck with all this junk.
All the cars and trucks have been removed. The only vehicles that
remain are my families. These either are working, or are in repair.
(total of 4). There were also items given to us from his mom, dad and
grandma. When his grandma died we received some more from
her
estate.
Not to mention rasing
2
more boys for a total of 5 children.
As for photos 7, 11,
12, 13, 14, 15.
My second husband purchased 2 old single wide trailers. I thought
they were for storage and planned on using them as such. He planned
to put them together like a double wide, but found out that it wouldn't

work because they was nothing but junk from the start.
Now my parents gave Joe Lloyd cheaper rent on his lease in exchange
for his help with cleaning up this mess. All he managed to do was tear
off the top of one trailer and knock down the walls of the other
without first helping to move stored items to alternate storage. He
never returned to finish , allowing the weather to damage personal
property that was still inside.
As to what was on the ground and around the yard, these were pulled
out to be sorted through. These items if ruined are disposed of in a
dumpster or recycled. Plastic has been placed over most of trailers as
you would see in Don Terry's new photos. More than 9o% of what
you see in these photos has already been removed from here, either
by dumpster or thru recycling. This mess is being work on daily,
weather permitting. These trailers were filled almost to the ceiling
and now there isn't much left.
After my divorce (before the tearing down of the trailers), I became
an over the road truck driver. While I was on the road someone
started tearing open the side to one of the trailers and had thrown it
all over my yard. I don't know who did it.
Also while I was on the road, the skylight area of my underground
home was knocked out. I came home to find 9 inches of water sitting
in my house.
Photos 1 & 2 show the front of the home. This it where I have been
trying to clean it out. I have to bring it out to even see what is what
before I could decide if it was salvageable and what is not. If it was
totally ruined, then was it recyclable or total waste.
Photos 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 & 10 are of items being brought out from the
trailers to go through. As stated before most of this is already gone.
Now I'm in my third marriage. In the last 2 years my husband has
lost his parents and I have lost both of my sisters. We received more
personal items from the loss of loved ones so our home
is full to
overflowing.
As for the mess around here, I was advised to cover it up with plastic
or put it in a building out of sight. The truth of the matter is it has to
be brought out or uncovered in order to take care of the problem. I
mean to get rid of it or what ever is needed to be done.

O
I have had trash service to my home and at present have a dumpster
located at my home. It is filled and collected each week. I not sure
about the exact dates on some, but Carl Clover was picking up my
trash until he sold out to Heartland. In 2004, I had 2 of the very large
construction sized dumpsters out here and filled them.
From Jan. 2005 to Feb. 2006 CWI picked up my trash.
From Feb. 2006 to Dec. 2007 Heartland picked up my trash.
From Dec 2007 to March 2008 Bulldog picked up my trash. At this
time Bulldog merged with CWI and they are presently picking up my
trash. The last several months bad weather interfered with clean up
efforts; heavy rain - ice - snow.
March 14 called Bulldog asking for a second dumpster, but they said
they only allow one dumpster per residential area. At the time no one
else had one available either.
Clean up efforts have not stopped, they still continue and will
continue until this mess is removed.
If we were rich, it would have been cleaned up a long time ago.
Since we are not, the recycling has been used to pay for the clean up.
I, Jack Reeves, concur in the statement made by my daughter,
Jacqueline Watkins. The property is where she resides, and all of the
material in question is her personal property. She is disposing of the
unusable as rapidly as possible.
