HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant has several issues to discuss with the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency. The parties will then resume settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 7, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
