HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 16, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. At the status conference, the parties agreed that respondents will
mail written interrogatories to complainants by December 14, 2007, and complainants
will mail their responses by January 14, 2008. After the status conference, complainant
Patricia Wallace asked if she could submit interrogatories to respondents at the time she
sends her responses. The hearing officer granted the request.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 15, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
