HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents’ responses to complainants’ interrogatories are due by
February 19, 2008. At the next status conference, the parties will decide whether
additional discovery will be needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 18, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
